    Are you ready? 

    Forget the misconceptions about yoga. Yoga is a powerful practice to improve your fitness, mood, concentration, breath, stress, anxiety, self-acceptance, perception, and so much more. You don’t need to be flexible or have yoga experience. This class is based in the tradition of Kundalini Yoga, meaning it is the yoga of awareness, to discover the best version of you. Bridget will guide you, and provide tools for self-care, to maintain a healthy mind and body.

    This class is for anyone aged 13 to 19. It is proven that teenagers who practice yoga are less stressed and do better in school—good reasons to join, not to mention the fact that you’ll get at least 10min of relaxation in every class. Classes will be tailored for the individual students who join the 10 week pre-registered sessions.

    REGISTRATION DETAILS: 

    This is a pre-registered, specialty class. As space is limited, registration for the session is needed to attend. 

    • Pay a $15 drop in if you want to come and try a class before committing. You can only drop in 1x at this rate.
    • $150 per Class Session ($15 per class).
  • New Moon Yin Yoga

    A special 2 hour moon yin class with Harmony Shire Davison. The class will focus on balancing the body's fascia head to toe, wringing out the body, and creating space with breath. Take time to marinate intentions in long deep holds. Register early as there is only room for 15 people in what is sure to be a very popular class!

  • Pre-Natal Yoga

    Prenatal Yoga uses postures, breathing, and meditation to help ease pregnancy, delivery, and the after effects of birth. The classes create strength, focus, flexibility and awareness through a gentle practice designed especially for the pregnant woman’s needs. Prenatal Yoga classes provide a safe, peaceful, and supportive environment for expectant mothers and are a wonderful way to connect with your baby and other mothers-to-be. Yoga helps to alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy such as heartburn, nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain and sciatica. The classes are appropriate for both new and experienced students.
     

  • Full Moon Gong Baths

    Every one of us has a vibrational frequency, which means we feel our best when our cells, tissues, and organs are vibrating harmoniously. The sound of the gong playing will reverberate through every cell in your body moving you closer to that natural state and allowing you to feel a deep sense of peace.

    The new moon is a great time to manifest what you want in life. We’ll use the gong’s healing energy to guide us through this shift.

    We will start this special event with a few yoga movements before settling into a group meditation and gong bath. The gong bath will be an extended relaxation where you lie down, relax and let the gong do its magic.  

    All are welcome, of any age and of any experience. This event will be held by Atma Karam Kaur (Bridget Dunne).

     

  • Candle Light Restorative Yoga
    with Ashley Gesner

    Align, breathe and relax into the new year. Come de stress, surrender by candle light and music. This special two hour Restorative class will be taught by guest teacher, Ashley Gesner. Enjoy long holds supported by props to rejuvenate the body and mind. 

  • Men's Yoga for Transformation with Wade Morissette
    with Wade Morisette

    From the brand new beginner to the advanced practitioner Wade will lead a men only yoga class emphasizing breath, movement and mindfulness specifically designed for men and their needs and limitations. Incorporated into the class is an introduction to EmbodyMan principles and applications of these principles. Come and breathe deeply and get back into your body for the New Year. Did you know that your skin, being the body’s largest organ, is asking to converse with you through its conditions? With Mimi Young, plant spirit medicine practitioner and founder of shamanic skin and aura care brand, Ceremonie, we invite you to an evening to:

    • develop a foundation based on today’s understanding of skin science,

    • determine what your skin truly needs through face mapping and other tools,

    • learn how to nourish it with plant medicine,

    • form practical beauty rituals that empower and amplify your sense of beauty, and

    • discover how to harness lunar cycles so you can bridge your own internal landscape with your external beauty.

  • Beginner Yoga 6 Week Series

    Stiff? Sore? Stressed?

    Learn how to move better and gain functional strength in this 6-week Beginner Yoga for Mobility series!

    Perhaps you have a physically demanding job that wreaks havoc on your body, or you have not had a movement practice for a while (or ever!). Maybe you have an old injury that holds you back, or you would simply like to be able to play with your kids/grandkids as you continue to age!

    There are no limitations to who can join this series, everyone is welcome. Sarah (the instructor) is educated in yoga biomechanics, back health, and fitness, and will be able to help with your individual needs in this group class.

    This series is designed to improve strength and mobility by developing better body mechanics and awareness. Yoga postures and movements will be used, but no previous yoga experience is necessary.

    The Series:

    The human body is composed of separate parts, but functions as one harmonious unit. Therefore, each week will be a full body movement practice, with a focus on a different theme/area. The series is designed to be progressive, so you can layer on the skills you have learned each week.

    Week 1: Breath and Movement

    Week 2: Hands/Wrists + Feet/Ankles

    Week 3: Core Strength + Back Health

    Week 4: Shoulders  + Upper Body

    Week 5: Hips + Lower Body

    Week 6: Linking it all together

    No yoga experience necessary, all ages and abilities are welcome.

  • The Heroine's Journey Through The Major Arcana

    For the witches, healers, and seekers, whether maiden, mother, or crone, you are invited into an initiation of your own Heroine’s Journey through the Major Arcana. The cards, used dynamically, trigger deep, multi-level, holistic transformation. When we come together and consciously recognise our own stories through the ones our ancestors told, the universal becomes personal.

    All women are welcome, Tarot enthusiasts or beginners alike. As well as gaining a deeper understanding of the cards, we will explore everyone’s personal life-time symbols & numerology through the cards. Please bring your own deck if you have one!

    We are thrilled to have our own in-house Tarot reader, Maya Doytchinova, share her first Tarot mystery school with a special circle of women here at the Well. Maya brings her knowledge, stories, and collected trade secrets in this not-to-be-missed weekend!
