This four-week progressive series is ideal for those new to yoga, seeking to establish a strong foundation in the basics. The series is suitable to those of any age, strength, and flexibility. Content will build from week to week, focusing on breathwork (pranayama), common poses (asana), and the mindful combination of the two. The sessions will familiarize participants with the effective use of yoga props, alignment cues, and variations to suit common injuries and various body types. Following this four-week series, participants will feel stronger, more limber and confident attending public yoga classes. Pre-registration recommended; drop-ins welcome subject to space.
